Zeilmakerstraat shopping centre

Stamhuis carried out the renovation of a full shopping centre measuring approximately 6200 m² on Zeilmakerstraat in Katwijk. The original layout with one supermarket, eight stores and a restaurant was reduced to one supermarket with seven stores. Our professionals and associated partners renovated both the inside and the outside and, at the same time, were in charge of the remodelling of the adjacent car park.

To ensure that a striking end result was still possible, the building was first stripped back to the steel structure. Next, new walls were built and the finishing of the shared spaces took place. After the shell renovation, Stamhuis also carried out the finish of the supermarket and other stores in the shopping centre in partnership with various working partners. And all of this within a time frame of only seven weeks.
